We join a single stage of a foreign trade transaction or arrange the supply end to end — depending on your task.

You already have a supplier, a contract or an invoice. We join the stages you need: settlement under the contract, work with the supplier, documents, international logistics and customs support — or we take on the organisation of the whole transaction.
If part of the chain is already in place on your side — your own carrier, supplier or broker — we fit into it rather than replace it.

Supply of goods
You have a need for a product. Within confirmed product areas we act as the supplier: we go through the specification, volume and origin, and confirm an available source and the commercial terms.
We then arrange the contract, the settlement, the documents and the international supply to the consignee. If the product you need is not among our current areas, send us the request and we will look at it separately.

What we take on

Assessment of whether the transaction is possible
Before starting work we go through the goods, the country, the bank, the purpose of payment, the availability of a supply source and the applicable restrictions. If the task cannot be solved, we say so straight away rather than after receiving funds. -
International settlements
We carry out the settlement with the foreign supplier under the contract or invoice. The client works under an agreement and receives supporting documents. -
Work with the supplier
Where required we join negotiations, counterparty checks and the agreement of the specification and shipping terms. -
International transport
We select the route and mode of transport to suit the cargo, the timeline and the budget: road, sea, air, rail and multimodal schemes. -
Documents and customs
We prepare and check the document set for the transaction and support customs clearance on both the departure and the arrival side. -
Managing the transaction
One responsible manager for the whole transaction and clear status updates at each stage.

Enquiry and inputs
The goods or the contract, the country, the volume and what has already been done on your side.
Feasibility check
We check the goods, the jurisdiction, the bank, the purpose of payment, the available source and the applicable restrictions.
Terms and agreement
We propose the working scheme, the cost and the delivery basis, then sign the agreement and fix the scope of work.
Settlement with the supplier
We make the payment to the foreign supplier and hand over the supporting documents.
Logistics and customs
If it is part of the task, we arrange the transport, prepare the documents and support customs clearance.
Completing the transaction
The goods are with the consignee and the closing documents are with you.
