How the supply process works

Four steps from your request to the part arriving at your warehouse.
Step 1
Step 1
You send the brand, model and the unit you need. An OEM number, VIN, serial number or simply a photo of the unit and its nameplate is enough to start identification.
Step 2
Step 2
We look for the item with suppliers in Europe, check availability and compare sourcing options by price, lead time and origin.
Step 3
Step 3
We agree the terms, sign the contract and handle settlements with the foreign supplier. You receive the closing documents for the supply.
Step 4
Step 4
We arrange the international transport and the accompanying documentation until the cargo is handed over to you.

Which situations this suits

The situations clients most often come to us with regarding spare parts for heavy equipment.
  • The machine is down and the part cannot be found

The item is no longer sold in your local market or local suppliers do not have it, while every shift of downtime costs money.
  • You need the original, not an equivalent

You need the OEM item from the manufacturer, while local offers give no clear picture of origin and compatibility.
  • A batch against a specification

A list of items for scheduled repair or fleet maintenance — quoted as one package rather than piece by piece.
  • No in-house foreign trade function

The supplier is found or already known, but there is no one inside the company to handle settlements, documents and international transport.

Which items we supply

Our focus is major units and assemblies. We work with machinery from JCB, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo CE, Liebherr, John Deere and other manufacturers. Turkey Logistic is not a dealer of these brands: each request is a separate sourcing and supply arranged to your specification.
  • Engines and power units

Complete engines and major powertrain components — the items the operation of the whole machine depends on.
  • Gearboxes, transmissions, axles, final drives

Gearboxes, transmissions, drive axles and final drives, including versions for a specific machine configuration.
  • Hydraulics

Hydraulic pumps, motors, control valves and cylinders — the units that most often take a machine out of service.
  • Attachments and batch orders

Attachments and interchangeable equipment, as well as batch specifications for scheduled fleet repairs.

Scope of work: what we take on and what we do not do

A transparent model — so you know who you are dealing with and what the contractor is responsible for.
  • What we take on
Identification of the item from your data, sourcing with foreign suppliers, settlements and contract documentation, international transport and support until the cargo is handed over.
  • What we do not do
We are not an online shop and not a dismantling yard: we hold no stock of ready items. We do not supply small retail quantities or consumables, and we do not trade in used units from dismantled machines.
  • We are not a dealer of the manufacturers
Turkey Logistic is not an authorised dealer of JCB, Caterpillar, Komatsu or other brands. Every request is a separate purchase from a supplier for your specific task.
  • What you receive
A contract, closing documents for every supply and a single point of contact who owns the deal end to end. Whether sourcing is possible and on what terms is confirmed for each specific item.

What we need for identification and a quote

A complete data set is not required — we start with whatever you have.
  • Brand and model of the machine

The basic minimum. From the model and a description of the unit we can identify the item even if the part number is unknown.
  • OEM or part number

If you have the number, identification is exact and the quote is faster. A number from the nameplate of the unit itself also works.
  • VIN or serial number

Helps to rule out incompatible versions: one machine model can have several variants of the same unit.
  • Photo of the unit and the nameplate

Sometimes a photograph is enough to identify the item. A batch specification is easiest to send as a list in a file.

What makes supply from Europe more complex

An honest view of what complicates such supplies — so you can see where the risk sits and what the contractor is responsible for.
  • The item is identified incorrectly

The same unit differs between machine versions. An identification error means a return, a repeat supply and lost time. That is why we start with the VIN, the nameplate and photos rather than the model name alone.
  • Lead time depends on more than transport

Availability at the supplier, build-to-order production and the assembly of a batch all affect the timeline — sometimes more than the international transport itself. We give an indicative timeline only after checking availability.
  • Documents and origin

The document set must describe the goods correctly: classification and customs payments depend on it. We handle the documentation together with the sourcing.
  • Settlements with the foreign supplier

Payment to a foreign supplier is a separate task with its own conditions. If it is the pressing issue on its own, we handle it as a standalone service.
